- Eligibility: Open to all family and friends. No limit on event entry.
🏆 Event Categories
Events are grouped into five distinct disciplines. Each event awards a Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal.
1. Sports
Traditional athletic competitions (e.g., Soccer, Badminton, Swimming).
2. Physical Challenges
Skill-based or endurance tasks (e.g., Obstacle courses, Longest plank, Tug-of-war).
3. Board Games
Tabletop strategy and logic (e.g., Chess, Settlers of Catan, Scrabble).
4. Card Games
Speed and strategy (e.g., Poker, Uno, Speed).
5. Video Games
Digital competition (e.g., Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Just Dance).
🎮 Tournament Formats
The format for each event is determined by the number of participants:
| Format | Description |
|---|---|
| Single Elimination | One loss and the participant is out. Best for large groups. |
| Double Elimination | Participants must lose twice to be eliminated. |
| Round Robin | Every participant plays every other participant once. |
| Timed Trial | Participants compete individually for the fastest time/highest score. |
🎖️ Awards & Rankings
While medals are the primary focus, the following prestigious titles will be awarded at the Closing Ceremony:
- Olympic Champion: Awarded to the participant with the most Gold medals overall.
- Iron Warrior: Awarded to the participant with the most Gold medals in the Sports and Physical Challenges categories.
- King of the Hill: Awarded to the participant with the highest win rate, calculated as: $$\text{Win Rate} = \left( \frac{\text{Total Gold Medals}}{\text{Total Events Entered}} \right) \times 100$$
- Medal Master: Awarded to the participant with the highest total medal count (sum of Gold, Silver, and Bronze).
📜 Official Rules
- Participation: Anyone may participate in any number of events.
- Fair Play: All participants must adhere to the spirit of family fun.
- Tie-Breaking: If a tie occurs for a medal, the Olympic Committee will either award dual medals or initiate a "Sudden Death" challenge.
- Scoring for Rankings:
- Gold: 5 Points
- Silver: 3 Points
- Bronze: 1 Point
